1. Payment Method

All orders are processed using Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

2. Return Policy

  • We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Customers must contact us at [email protected] with their order number and reason for return.
  • Returns are only accepted for products paid in cash upon delivery.
  • Refunds are issued in cash only at the time of product pickup (return).
  • Once we verify the return, a refund will be processed directly by our delivery partner at the time of collection or as arranged through customer service.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer product exchanges.
  • If you received a wrong or damaged item, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a return and send the correct item, subject to availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • In most cases, return pickup will be scheduled by our logistics partner.
  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to drop the item at a designated return center (details will be provided via email).
